Refund & Return Policy
To qualify for a refund, items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must reach out to us within 30 days of your order being delivered.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include pictures of the damage or defect in your email.
Important Disclaimers & Limitations
- Wallet Mechanism: If you ordered a wallet, we cannot provide a refund or replacement for damage caused by loading more than 6 cards into the main chassis.
- Stolen/Lost Items: Hacksmith.store is not responsible for items stolen or lost after the courier marks them as delivered. We recommend following your tracking closely.
- Abandoned Deliveries: If a courier cannot reach you or you fail to pick up an item from a designated location within 5 days, the package may be disposed of. We cannot provide refunds for disposed packages.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom Products: Personalized items, made-to-order products, and collectibles.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sales are final.
- Bundles: Partial returns are not accepted; the entire bundle must be returned together.
- Safety Risks: Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Refused Duties: If you refuse to pay international import duties/taxes and the courier disposes of the package, no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please use our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Policy Details
- Shipping Costs: If you purchased the wrong item or size, you are responsible for 100% of the shipping costs (back and forth).
- Processing Time: Returns and exchanges take approximately 2–5 business days to process once received.
- Evidence: You may be asked to provide a picture of the item in its original packaging.
Once your return is accepted and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Note: Shipping costs are non-recoverable and will not be refunded.
