Hacksmith warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise indicated on the specific product page or documentation at the time of purchase.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Remedy & Shipping

At Hacksmith's sole discretion, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit for any product confirmed to be defective. Replacement products may be new or refurbished.

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the product to our facility for inspection.
• Hacksmith Responsibility: If the defect is confirmed and covered, Hacksmith will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replacement product back to you.

Disclaimer of Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hacksmith is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.

• Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
• Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
