Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and seasonal high-volume delays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This does not include pre-orders and Kickstarter products.

Address Accuracy: If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will charge for the cost of reshipping the item.

Domestic Shipping & Pickup

In-store Pickup (Curbside)

Status: AVAILABLE

Free local pickup is available at our Headquarters: 
605 Beaverdale Road, Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.

• Preparation time: 1 to 5 business days.
• Hours: 9AM–5PM EST, Weekdays.
• Process: This is curbside pickup only. Please present your receipt to the staff member at the door and return to your vehicle; they will place your order on the steps.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, with the following exceptions and restrictions:

• Excluded Countries: North Korea and Russia.
• Product Restrictions: Mini-Sabers cannot be shipped to Australia, Germany, or Mexico due to import laws.
• P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (VAT). If you refuse to pay these duties, we cannot provide a refund as the courier will dispose of the package rather than returning it to us.

Order Status & Protection

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking info to update. If you haven't received a confirmation within 5 days of your order, contact us at [e-mail].

Stolen, Lost, or Missing Packages

Once dispatched, Hacksmith.store is not responsible for loss or damage in the courier's hands. By default, Order Protection Insurance is added to each order. If you opted to remove this at checkout, the order is not insured and we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

• Claims must be made within 30 days of the last shipping update.
• If there are no updates for 3 weeks, contact us immediately.

Cancellations & Pre-orders

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted for fulfillment at our warehouse. If it is too late to cancel, you must follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.

Pre-orders & Back-orders: These items do not have guaranteed shipping dates. You may contact us at any time to cancel a standard store pre-order for a full refund.
