So, we now have the middle of february… i finished my survey some time ago and still have no further informations when i can expect my delivery. Due to a high demand on request for support i figured maybe someone else has this problem too?

Same did I miss something I submitted the survey finalized the order now I can't find tracking.
i had short contact. they are still working on production so i want get it on time to my sons birthday. thought 5 months would be enough time. you can contact support, it just takes long to get an answer.
