 Is anyone else having trouble getting the survey? My order number is very low and I ordered the founders edition but have still not gotten the survey. I submitted a support ticket and found the was that I signed up to kickstarter with my apple id. They asked for an alternate email to send the survey to and I gave them one. Its now been almost 2 weeks, Ive received no further emails and I found out others with order numbers 10x higher then mine got the survey right away. Im just really confused as to why I cant get my survey and cant get into contact with support anymore. Im starting to think I wont get the survey this year. Am i just being impatient? Sorry for the rant but I don't know what to do about this.

  Same here with me. Support sent me an email asking for details signed off with “This request is closed for comments. You can create a follow-up.” The response I sent to the email wasn’t even recorded. Sure losing patience with this. Was expecting a delivery in early November.
